- Leasing – We will handle all of the paperwork and screening needed.
- Marketing – We will communicate with existing renters, anticipate their departures and pre-market your property for maximum occupancy.
- Maintenance – We use a select list of trusted, local contractors to maintain and repair your property. We do not mark up their services in any way.
- Tenant Management – We will pre-screen, manage all paperwork, collect rents and, if needed, handle eviction proceedings. Our Pre-Screening process includes Tenant Background Check, Credit Check and Previous Landlord References.
- Bookkeeping – We will collect rents, make distributions to you, manage security deposits, generate monthly summary reports and generate year-end tax reporting.
- Leasing Fee – $375 when the Lessee signs the Lease.
- Monthly Management Fee – 10% per month on collected rent, 8% if we manage 3 or more of your properties.
- Property Marketing Fee – None.
- Annual Management Fee – None.
